Responsibilities
The Front Office Sales Representative plays a key role in our organization by being the first point of contact for customers and clients. This position combines elements of customer service, sales, and office administration to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all visitors and callers.


  • Greet and assist customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products and services
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, converting inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Provide information about our services, and assist with inquiries, focusing on converting interest into sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area to create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed to support
